These terms apply to your use of wanhupolishing.com and to quotations, orders and supplies of goods by WanHu Polishing & Abrasives. By using this website or placing an order you accept them. Where we have signed a separate supply agreement with you, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
About this website
This website is a business-to-business product catalogue. Products are shown without prices so that we can quote against your specification, quantity, packing and delivery requirements. Nothing on this website is a binding offer to sell; a contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation or you accept our written quotation.
Quotations and orders
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise, and depend on the specification, quantity and Incoterm you request.
- Quotations are based on the information you give us. Changes to material, grit, dimension, packing or quantity may change the price and lead time.
- We may ask for confirmation of your company details, delivery address or trade references before accepting an order.
- An order is accepted when we issue a written order confirmation. That confirmation, together with these terms and any specification sheet we reference, forms the contract.
- Requests to change or cancel an order after confirmation are subject to our written agreement and may incur costs already committed, in particular for custom and OEM production.
Prices, taxes and currency
Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the quotation, normally United States dollars, and are exclusive of any taxes, duties, levies or bank charges unless stated otherwise. Where export documentation or certificates are requested, any related cost is quoted separately.
Specifications, samples and tolerances
Abrasive and polishing products are manufactured within industry tolerances for dimension, grit, density and bond. Published dimensions and performance figures are nominal. Please review a sample or specification sheet before committing to volume production where the application is critical. We may improve or alter a product’s construction without notice provided it continues to meet the agreed specification.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, layout, product photography and the WanHu name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. Where you supply artwork, drawings or branding for OEM or custom production, you confirm you hold the rights to it and you grant us permission to use it for that order only.
Website use
You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, extract its content in bulk, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict access where we believe it is being misused.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production downtime, loss of contracts or damage to your equipment, however it arises. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
It is your responsibility to confirm that a product’s dimensions, maximum operating speed, grit and material are suitable for your machine, material and process before use. See the safety notes in our Warranty & Quality Claims page.
Force majeure
We are not in breach of these terms where performance is delayed or prevented by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, war, sanctions, transport disruption, customs delays, power shortages or industrial action.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation between senior representatives. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be referred to the competent court at the place of our registered address, unless the parties agree in writing to arbitration.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force for your order is the version published on the date we issue the order confirmation.
