This WanHu mounted buffing wheel is built up from layers of cotton cloth around a 6mm shank centre. It is part of the WanHu buffing wheel range, which covers diameters from 75mm to 250mm in several ply counts, colours and centre types so you can match the wheel to your machine and to the finish you need.

Uses

Fits bench grinders, polishing lathes and angle grinders fitted with the matching mandrel. Use with the matching polishing compound: cut down first with a harder bar, then finish with a softer one. Run at moderate speed and keep the wheel moving — dwelling in one spot burns the cloth and overheats the workpiece.
