A bigger wheel must run slower. The limit is set by peripheral speed (how fast the rim travels), not by a fixed RPM number — so the safe RPM drops as the diameter grows.

Spec code format: diameter (inch) × ply count — 4 × 50, 5 × 50, 6 × 50, 7 × 50, 8 × 50, where 50 ply means 50 cotton layers. Finished thickness is 12 mm across the whole range.
